20-20

A friend recently said to me: "Well I guess hindsight is 20-20."

Why? Why do people consistently look back at a moment and think: "Man I shoulda said that." or "What was I thinking? I should have done this."
Its because we withhold our true feelings and true motives. Usually it's because we are concerned with what someone might think or say. When those people are just as conservative as you are.

1. Try this the next time your asks you a question, simply say yes or no; no excuse as to why, no preamble, no in depth explanation. If someone asks you a question they should be prepared to hear no as much as they are prepared to hear yes.
If someone asks for an explanation, feel free to give them one. Stop making apologies for your answers.

2. The next time you have a decision to make; just make it and move on. Far too often people stretch out making decisions longer then is needed. Postponing the inevitable only to come up with the same decision they were going to make in the beginning.

3. Stop hesitating and man up/woman up.

The successful people in life do, while the unsuccessful keep planning to.
